We are a well-established, full-service sign manufacturer seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to assist our sales team and serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our office.
This position plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly by supporting our outside sales team, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting customers, and helping ensure important details don’t fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Greet and assist customers visiting our office.
- Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Assist with permit applications and related paperwork.
- Help gather information needed for quotes, projects, and customer requests.
- Coordinate communication between sales, design, production, and installation departments.
- Maintain customer records and project documentation.
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management when needed.
- Follow up with customers regarding project status, approvals, and required information.
- Assist with inside sales opportunities and customer inquiries.
- Help ensure projects move efficiently through the sales process.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Prior administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in the sign, construction, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Familiarity with permit applications and municipal processes.
- CRM or project management software experience.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and inside sales opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
What You’ll Find Here
No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be helping a sales representative prepare permit paperwork for a new monument sign, and the next you may be assisting a customer with a vehicle graphics project or helping coordinate information needed to keep a major sign project on schedule.
