Do I need a permit for my sign?
All exterior commercial sign projects require permitting. Each county, town and city have their own sign ordinances & rules in place. We work closely with local planning and zoning in the proper jurisdictions to make sure we follow specific design parameters. We also check with any historical districts which may add more restrictions to signage. All forms are submitted by us to apply for approval and securing the sign permits. The entire process usually takes about 1 week to complete. Production cannot begin on any signs that have not secured a permit. In some rare instances a variance hearing may be required before applying for permits, which can add 3-4 weeks to the timeline.
How long does it take to receive a rendering?
We want to make sure we produce the right product for our customers. That’s why we take the extra steps needed to produce detailed renderings. Typical turnaround times on renderings are 2 – 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.
Can I make revisions to my rendering?
Our design team takes great pride in making our customers look good. Our initial concept drawing will follow with up to 3 revisions if necessary. Additional art cost will be incurred based on the extent of revisions and how much time is needed to complete the artwork.
