We are a well-established, full-service sign manufacturer looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys turning ideas into real-world projects. This is more than a graphic design position. You’ll be creating designs that become physical products seen throughout the region.

Responsibilities
- Design custom signs, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, banners, and other visual products.
- Create customer renderings and presentation concepts.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for manufacturing.
- Communicate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure projects move smoothly.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Review customer artwork and prepare files for print, routing, fabrication, and production.
- Maintain organized digital files and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding.
- Ability to prepare artwork for large-format printing and fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Sign industry experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Bonus Skills
- Experience designing channel letters, monuments, or architectural signage
- Vehicle wrap design
- Ability to utilize AI tools to increase design efficiency
- Environmental graphics
- Large-format print production
- Knowledge of vinyl cutting and CNC/router file preparation
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software
